I Imagine the first thing people would rant and rage about is the low megapixel camera…but as I say, there’s always something for people to complain about. The 14mb w380i internal memory is a bit of a flop, but isn’t really an issue since the 512 card is provided. The music quality on the phone is great, the speakers and earphones have been going strong for the time I’ve owned it so far. The flip action is pretty smooth, the hinges are solid. Nothing too special about the OS, but all the necessities are there. Haven’t gotten around to test all it’s texting features, but the MMS and Instant messanging is flawless, no lag, hanging, just all smooth.

Cool beans phone. HSCDSC, EDGE, GPRS! FM oh geeze I could go on forever. The audio is REALLY loud on speaker phone and handsfree. I’ll update soon if anything else goes wrong with the phone. Well, not like anytins gone wrong alredy.
I’m takin a likin to this phone coz it’s simple and stylish. It seems like really good value for it’s price too I’m a little skeptical. Heard pretty mixed things so far, but majority hav good. I wanna know more about the w380 battery life, since it probably hasn’t been out for long enough for people to judge it’s long term usage.
Most Sony-ericsson phones I’ve owned have been really stylish and easy to function with etc etc . I used to care bout the camera heaps but realised that MP has little to do with the quality anyway (My nokia 6300 with 2MP worked better than my mates 5MP camera).
Great design from SE. Couldn’t wait to test out the functionability and no wonder, It’s been really smooth. If you want a sweet flip phone I’d recommend this for sure.
