Just bought it last sunday. I was really intrigued about this phone.. very user-friendly design and nice features.. It seems that most of the people who own the k770i didn’t like the flash because its LED flash compared with xenon flash. Its kinda nice and useful cause you can use it in video mode and as flashlight. it also produce nice output. Negative feedback: Camera no image stabilizer pictures have more chances to be blurred even you did not really intended to move while taking pictures.. but overall its nice and I’m very contented on it because I like the casing and keypad compared with k800 and k810i.. I also like the shortcuts using the camera the changing of backlight was amazing!
I bought the phone last week. I have to say that it is really nice and worth the money. The camera is very good and the music quality amazing. The phone is easy to use. Keyboard excellent too. I’m just having difficulties to find more software that the posted on SE official site. One thing I don’t like is the battery life - just 2 days but I’m using the radio and media player a lot. If someone knows good source of software for this phone, please post a link.
The Sony-Ericsson K770i is the best phone i’ve ever had. Really stylish, slim n very sleek, mine is truffle brown. it looks very luxurious. I’ve also bought the bluetooth stereo headset hbh ds200. Worked really well with the k770i, makes a great combo. Shutter sound can be turned off only when the phone is on silent mode. n the battery life is great, according to my usage listening to music for 4-5 hours through bluetooth, and the speaking time of somewhere around 2-3 hours, the battery life lasted for 4 days, with still 14% remaining. The price of sony ericsson k770i in india has gone down a fair bit, so ne one there can snap one up! one thing is irritating that the back cover gets loose. - great phone however still …cheerss!
Hi All. I finally bought K770 after much evaluation. My review goes as follows - The K770 is a replacement of its highly acclaimed predecessor - the K750i. There are huge improvement in terms of its compact size, 3.15-megapixel camera and user friendly functions and buttons. Importantly, on using it heavily for 2-3 days, there are no signs of “1-2 seconds hanging” or auto shut-off, which is a common turn-off thing in some new handsets.I agree that it’s kind of plain to both K800/K810. Overall, a Very Good cybershot lifestyle phone based on its retail price.
