If you’re interested in buying a new phone but care less about bells and whistles, the Nokia 3110 Classic is a standard, reliable and fairly cheap new mobile phone. Nokia’s phones have long had a reputation for being easy to use and this tradition has been carried over to the 3110. Although some may see a downside of the phone being too big, on the other hand, texting is made easier and faster with larger buttons.

Although this phone is fairly generic, it has what more expensive & luxury phones such as the Motorola RAZR2 V8 lack: FM radio. When tested for reception and connectivity, I was pretty impressed, such as on the beach when no-one elses phone worked. A common complaint about the phone is although it features an in-built music players, Nokia does not provide stereo headphones for it. All round, a solid cheap phone with all the latest necessary features to compete in the phone market.

    Rating: 4.0/5.0
